OptionsCalc provides tools for options strategy analysis and visualization. Our service includes access to options chain data, payoff diagrams, and strategy management features. The service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: OptionsCalc does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information and tools provided are for educational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Share your account with others
• Resell or redistribute our service

7. Indicative Data

All option chain data displayed on OptionsCalc is indicative only. This means the prices, Greeks, and other metrics shown may not reflect actual market prices available for execution.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Market data may be delayed, cached, or contain errors. You must always verify quotes with your broker before placing any trades. Do not rely on OptionsCalc data for trade execution decisions.

8. Third-Party and AI Platform Integrations

OptionsCalc may be accessed through third-party platforms, including AI assistants such as ChatGPT (OpenAI). When you interact with OptionsCalc through these platforms:

• The third-party platform may transmit your queries (such as ticker symbols, strike prices, and strategy parameters) to our servers to fulfill your request
• Your use of the third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy
• We are not responsible for the conduct, data practices, or availability of any third-party platform
• All disclaimers in these Terms, including the financial advice and indicative data disclaimers, apply equally to information delivered through third-party integrations

We do not control how third-party platforms present or interpret our tool outputs. You should independently verify any information before acting on it.

9. API and Programmatic Access

Access to OptionsCalc through application programming interfaces (APIs), including our MCP server endpoint, is subject to these same Terms. You may not use automated access to circumvent usage limits, resell data obtained from our service, or use our APIs in any manner that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data or calculations will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptionsCalc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

14. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use OptionsCalc. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Options trading content is intended for adults who understand the risks involved in trading financial instruments.

15. Securities Disclaimer

OptionsCalc is a software tool for educational analysis only. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state securities regulatory authority as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or in any other capacity. We do not provide trade execution services, hold customer funds, or execute transactions on your behalf.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OptionsCalc, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of OptionsCalc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
